Jo-Marie Sekol
Dr. Sekol (MSU '72), 53, Carlsbad, Calif., died Nov. 1, 2002. She practiced at the ABC Veterinary Hospital in San Marcos, Calif., since 1997. From 1992-1997, Dr. Sekol owned Family Pets Medical Center in San Marcos. She was a college instructor for Mesa College's Animal Health Technology Program from 1979-1991, also serving as director of the program for a period of time.
Dr. Sekol was a member of the San Diego County VMA. She is survived by her husband, Barry, and a daughter. Memorials may be made to Pet Assistance, P.O. Box 104, Escondido, CA 92033
